Fair and Honest Pricing Policy

All of our websites are designed from the ground up and as such do not have a fixed pricing structure. There are no hidden extras and the price quoted is the price charged. We have won a fair amount of business based on our initial pricing and to date have continued to work with these customers on future projects.

In House Development

No external contractors are used in any elements of your website build. All work is carried out by employed sHarper Design staff. With a single point of contact to ensure that our customers receive the best and most consistent service possible.

Complete After Sales Service

sHarper Design do not believe in build a website and run. All websites come with full after sales service. In the unlikely event that you experience issues with your website this will be fixed at no cost to yourself (where fault lies with sHarper Design). We also offer management of your domain name registry, hosting and SEO services and management of all associated packages (email, exchange, databases etc) at an additional cost.

Should you require, we can also keep you informed of the latest in technological advancements and advise you as to how these may benefit your organisation.

Friendly non techy approach

We do not believe in using technical speak to confuse or mislead our customers. Wherever possible all documented and vocal communications are carried out using easy to understand terms and descriptions. Where technical speak is necessary a full description of the term will be provided. We have found that our customers appreciate this approach as it helps them understand the service provided at a higher level.
